Short lived and having burned out bright, Stay Ahead Of The Weather was a two year project that has long lived in the IYKYK category of a very specific era of a burgeoning 4th wave emo scene.

Members of Into It. Over It., CSTVT, Native, Noumenon, Lifted Bells, Cut Teeth and many more wrote a collection of Mock Orange / Lifetime inspired songs, recorded even less of them and somehow managed to play a couple handfuls of shows before the project fully fizzled out in the name of it's members pursuing their primary bands, moving away or getting locked into full time careers. 

SAOTW represented the end of adult adolescence but not before leaving us with a ripping 7" and a hard to find split 5" record with The Wonder Years.

After 15 years, these out of print recorded songs have been collected onto a single LP, remixed and remastered, pressed as test pressings in limited numbers with hand-screen printed jackets.

Our pressing plant Smashed Plastic was kind enough to print these as hand poured copies - Every single copy is different with regards to color. No two copies are the same. 

At this time we are uncertain if we will make more.
